HOW TO TIE THE BELT
The image below assumes that your belt is of sufficient length to be wrapped around the body twice. If it is of single-wrap length, start with the centre of the belt at the small of the back, and proceed from the second row.
Points to note:
- The two loose ends should be of equal length
- The two strands should lie flat at the back and not be twisted over one another
- The knot should be tight enough that it doesn't come undone during training
- The belt should be snug enough that it holds the dobok top on securely
- But not so snug that you can't breath
- Korean for belt is 'ti'
